SAVE THE DATE: April 6, 2013 for the annual Celebration of Academic Excellence. Join us at a NEW LOCATION: The Agricultural and Industrial Museum in downtown York. Tickets are $50 per person; parking is free in the lot across the street. Dress is business casual. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served and a silent auction held to raise funds for future grants and programming. YS Alum Joel Menchey will be providing the entertainment.
The June 2, 2012 Celebration of Academic Excellence was a huge success. Thank you to all who were able to attend, donate and support the night's event. Over $33,000 was raised to support our mission- to provide innovative programming for the District while strengthening the endowment.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to and participated in our Celebration of Academic Excellence event on June 3, 2011. Because of your support, we are proud to announce that almost $27,000 was raised that evening. Proceeds from the event will fund future YSEF grant requests and supplement the foundation’s endowment account. The success of YSEF and its beneficiaries would not be possible without the support of our local businesses and residents.
